Responsibilities
- Define and own enterprise Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
- Create architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and high-level design specifications.
- Guide and mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts on technical standards and best practices.
- Evaluate Salesforce-native and AppExchange solutions.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security policies, and data governance standards.
- Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and solution design sessions.
- Support Salesforce CI/CD practices and DevOps pipelines.
- Engage stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
- Monitor Salesforce releases and assess their applicability to the business.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in an architectural role.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform limits, integration patterns, and data modeling.
- Experience in the B2B telecommunications industry.
- Experience with CRM, CLM, CPQ, and order management.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor and technically lead development teams.
- Experience merging multiple Salesforce Orgs into one.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems such as ERP systems, legacy applications, and data lakes.
- Background in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, or Data Architect certifications are relevant qualifications.
- Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud is a nice-to-have qualification.
