Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Provision and configure cloud resources across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability, availability, and efficiency.
- Integrate automated testing, security scanning, and deployment processes into CI/CD workflows.
- Administer Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.
- Maintain infrastructure, process, and tooling documentation.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical production systems.
- Automate routine tasks and workflows and contribute to evaluating new DevOps technologies.
- Support security best practices and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.
- Understanding of networking, Linux or Windows operating systems, and database systems.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
