Base Salary
$77k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver AI application DevOps workstreams from solution design through implementation and support.
- Analyze client application needs and translate requirements into automation and deployment approaches.
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and application delivery environments.
- Apply AI, application, and digital tooling to improve deployment speed, traceability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot integration, build, and release issues across application and infrastructure components.
- Develop technical workflow, deployment, and support handoff documentation.
- Interpret operational data and feedback to improve delivery methods and processes.
- Guide junior team members on technical tasks, quality, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to align delivery with project and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 3 years of experience required.
- Master's or Master of Business Administration degree preferred.
- Experience supporting AI application development and DevOps workflows preferred.
- Familiarity with application software integration and technology implementation preferred.
- Client-focused communication, critical thinking, data interpretation, and mentoring experience are preferred.
