Base Salary
$175k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate a reliable integration runtime with durable execution, isolated environments, and automated recovery.
- Develop infrastructure to run coding agents that write, test, and deploy integration code in production.
- Design observability across integrations and agents, including logs, metrics, and tracing.
- Build a single-tenant, self-hostable deployment and own the platform layer end to end.
- Establish engineering patterns for future infrastructure hires, contribute to hiring, and continuously ship production improvements.
Requirements
- Three to nine years of professional software engineering experience, including at least three years in fast-moving, high-growth startup environments.
- Experience operating, scaling, and debugging Kubernetes in production, with hands-on ownership of cloud infrastructure or a platform.
- Experience designing production observability and building self-hosted or single-tenant deployments.
- Familiarity with AWS, Docker, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, plus effective use of AI coding agents with sound production engineering judgment.
- A completed or in-progress degree in engineering, computer science, or a quantitative field from a strong technical university.
- Background as a startup founder or engineer at an early-stage, venture-backed startup.
Benefits
