Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements and software needs.
- Perform analysis, design, implementation, and installation of developed or acquired software.
- Provide internal and external second- and third-level ticket support.
- Develop, modify, and manage assigned programs.
- Monitor program operation, diagnose issues, and correct coding or logic errors.
- Perform preliminary solution testing to ensure the technical objectives of modifications are met.
Requirements
- Technical diploma in information technology or a three-year degree in computer science or a related academic field.
- One to two years of experience in software development, preferably with Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visual Studio, Java, C#, and Azure is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
