Base Salary
$114k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Resolve high-impact problems and projects through analysis of complex business and system processes.
- Design and develop applications in alignment with the overall architecture blueprint.
- Establish and apply standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Analyze systems and business areas to develop innovative technology solutions.
- Work with traders and global technology teams to deliver business solutions.
- Serve as an adviser or coach to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as necessary.
- Assess and manage risk while complying with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in applications development, systems analysis, and software application programming.
- Experience with full-stack Java development and database and messaging platforms.
- Technical skills in Java, Kafka, SQL, and Git.
- Experience performing QA and using TDD and BDD practices.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly and work effectively in a high-pressure environment with global teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Prime Services is beneficial.
