Base Salary
$120k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with customer engineering teams during critical implementations across planning, architecture, development, and delivery.
- Participate in customer sprint planning, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Build custom solutions and technical demos for customer-specific environments and use cases.
- Write production-quality code integrating Blitzy with existing enterprise systems.
- Develop reusable patterns, scripts, and tools to accelerate customer adoption.
- Debug complex issues spanning customer infrastructure and the Blitzy platform.
- Decompose executive vision into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Identify account expansion opportunities based on technical insights.
- Collaborate with the product team to prioritize features based on field experience.
- Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production code.
- Fluency in multiple programming languages, including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, or C#.
- Deep understanding of modern software development practices, cloud architecture, and enterprise development workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and enterprise software development lifecycle processes.
- Experience navigating complex technical environments and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to audiences ranging from interns to CTOs.
- Experience at high-growth startups or in customer-facing engineering roles.
- Background in AI/ML, developer tools, or enterprise modernization projects.
- Technical thought leadership experience through blogs, talks, or open source contributions.
- Experience with legacy system modernization or large-scale migrations.
- Passion for AI-powered software development.
