Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.
- Build and manage scalable microservices-based backend systems.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.
- Integrate frontend with backend services through RESTful APIs.
- Work on event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka (if applicable).
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with React.js (hooks, state management, component-based architecture).
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Exposure to Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, event streaming).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a client-facing role.
