Responsibilities
- Lead presales solutioning, including architecture proposals, effort estimation, solution demonstrations, and client workshops.
- Design end-to-end generative AI and agentic AI architectures on Azure AI Foundry.
- Architect RAG solutions involving data grounding, vector search, indexing, and enterprise data integration.
- Define AI platform strategies, target-state architectures, and adoption roadmaps with clients.
- Provide technical leadership during delivery through solution design, architecture governance, design reviews, optimization, and production readiness.
- Establish standards for Responsible AI, content safety, model governance, security, and observability.
- Design multi-agent orchestration using applicable agent frameworks.
- Advise client stakeholders, translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures, and mentor AI/data engineering teams.
- Contribute to reusable accelerators, intellectual property, and practice-building initiatives.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or solution architecture roles.
- Recent hands-on experience architecting solutions on Azure AI Foundry or Azure AI Studio.
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service, the Azure AI Foundry model catalog, prompt engineering or prompt flow, and fine-tuning approaches.
- Strong experience designing RAG architectures using vector databases, embeddings, Azure AI Search, and enterprise data-grounding patterns.
- Experience with agentic AI design, multi-agent orchestration, tool or function calling, and frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- Experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Data Factory or Synapse, or Databricks for AI data pipelines.
- Working knowledge of MLOps or LLMOps, including deployment, versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI solutions.
- Understanding of Responsible AI, content safety or filtering, and enterprise AI governance.
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with REST APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
- Demonstrated presales solutioning and client-facing workshop experience alongside hands-on delivery capability.
- Experience mentoring teams and owning technical delivery quality on medium-to-large engagements.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or generative-AI-related Microsoft credentials; Copilot Studio or Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility; AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI exposure; and experience in global delivery or practice-building environments.
