Responsibilities
- Analyze business and underwriting requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
- Develop, configure, test, and maintain Magnum rules and automation solutions.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and scenario testing.
- Support defect resolution, releases, production validation, and root-cause analysis.
- Maintain technical documentation, traceability, and development standards.
- Own assigned solutions and initiatives from requirements through implementation.
- Contribute to planning, estimation, coordination, and delivery ownership in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Coordinate activities, dependencies, risks, and priorities across technical and business teams.
- Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and technical topics to business and technical stakeholders.
- Mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in technology, automation, software delivery, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating projects, workstreams, or cross-functional activities, or demonstrated interest in broader delivery responsibilities.
- Hands-on experience with development, configuration, testing, or implementation of technical solutions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively across business and technical teams.
- Experience with business rules, workflow, automation platforms, Magnum, or other automated underwriting platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Java, SQL, UiPath, RPA, AI, or other automation technologies is preferred.
- Experience with JIRA, Agile delivery tools, mentoring, informal leadership, globally distributed teams, or relevant Agile, Product Owner, or Project Management certification is advantageous.
