Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce architecture and provide strategic technical advice connecting business requirements with technical solutions.
- Design, plan, integrate, test, implement, document, and enhance systems and platforms supporting the SMART Salesforce environment.
- Manage Salesforce integrations, data, governance, security, performance, backup, recovery, and business continuity procedures.
- Provide 24-hour on-call incident response, troubleshooting, service recovery, and corrective measures for mission-critical services.
- Coordinate with vendors, technical support teams, departments, managers, and other technology professionals to resolve platform issues.
- Demonstrate and train staff on new technology products and develop and review operational and troubleshooting documentation.
- Analyze platform requirements, research technologies, conduct feasibility studies, and recommend system improvements.
- Monitor daily system performance and provide technical leadership, consultation, and possible supervision to technical staff.
Requirements
- Associate degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a closely related field, or qualifying equivalent coursework of at least 60 semester or 90 quarter credits, including specified technology coursework.
- Three years of experience analyzing, installing, configuring, enhancing, and/or maintaining system or platform components.
- Highly specialized Salesforce and technology-platform knowledge, with the ability to independently design, troubleshoot, integrate, and resolve complex systems issues.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud certification is desirable.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification is desirable.
- Experience with middleware, enterprise service buses, or API gateways such as MuleSoft or Apigee is desirable.
- Agile or Scrum certification and ITIL or service-management knowledge are desirable.
- At least 7 years of verifiable senior-level Salesforce implementation experience is desirable.
- At least 2 years of verifiable supervisory experience is desirable.
- Experience managing Salesforce data, including SOQL or SQL, and at least 6 months of exposure to Salesforce Gov Cloud and APEX is required.
