Responsibilities

  • Develop computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms.
  • Provide software specifications and production code on schedule to meet project milestones.
  • Integrate algorithms into large systems while considering hardware and software aspects.
  • Collaborate with algorithm development, applications, systems, physics, software, and qualification teams to understand customer requirements and system constraints.
  • Support algorithm proliferation through customer-facing activities at customer sites.

Requirements

  • MSc or PhD in Physics, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • At least 3 years of industrial experience as an algorithm developer.
  • Strong theoretical and hands-on experience with computer vision and machine learning algorithms.
  • Thorough understanding of probability and statistics.
  • Hands-on development experience in Python.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to travel abroad; the posting states 5% in the requirements and 10% in the additional information.
  • Image processing, deep learning, imaging systems, and physics experience are advantageous.
  • Good communication skills and moderate English proficiency.
