Responsibilities
- Design and improve tools and platforms that enable engineering teams to build and operate their own data pipelines.
- Ship AI tooling, including Skills and MCP, as part of the data platform.
- Contribute to batch processing with Airflow and dbt and event-driven architecture with Kafka.
- Define, document, and promote engineering standards and best practices.
- Help teams adopt platform tools and practices and grow their technical skills.
- Evangelize the platform vision and build collaboration across teams in France and Brazil.
Requirements
- Solid experience in data engineering or platform engineering with a strong software engineering culture.
- Strong expertise in at least one area such as data, infrastructure, software, event-driven architecture and streaming, or developer tooling.
- Experience with some of Python, Ruby, Airflow, Kafka, Snowflake, dbt, and Terraform.
- Autonomy, clear communication, and enjoyment of collaboration and supporting other teams.
- Curiosity about new tools and practices, including AI; AI expertise is not required.
- Good English communication skills.
