Responsibilities
- Develop, analyse, and enhance code across the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with senior developers and project managers to deliver solutions and support testing activities.
- Analyse designs, requirements, and technical specifications to contribute effective solutions.
- Support technical issue resolution, knowledge sharing, and adherence to development standards.
- Track and measure key performance indicators to evaluate success and drive improvement.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a legal right to work in the UK; Allstate will not provide sponsorship for this programme.
- Be expected to complete the second year of a relevant engineering-focused degree by the end of June 2027, or the third year of a relevant engineering-focused IT degree.
- Currently hold a 2.1 average to date, or a Commendation if completing a master's degree.
- Provide full module marks from the first year and current year to date at the application stage.
