Responsibilities
- Lead the design, hands-on implementation, and deployment of scalable agentic AI and generative AI solutions for high-impact banking use cases.
- Architect agent-based systems covering perception, reasoning, planning, and execution while integrating multiple LLM providers.
- Build production-grade full-stack AI applications using modern ML/LLM platforms and AI coding tools.
- Drive MVP delivery, rapid iteration, experimentation, and A/B testing to achieve measurable business value.
- Define evaluation frameworks and metrics for AI and agent performance and continuously optimize solutions.
- Evaluate emerging agent-based and autonomous AI technologies and act as a technical thought leader and coach.
- Provide technical leadership, guide architecture decisions, and mentor engineers across AI, data, and application teams.
- Align AI solutions with banking-domain needs, regulatory considerations, business outcomes, and risk reduction.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or Java with Spring Boot, plus solid JavaScript/TypeScript experience with Angular and Node.js.
- Deep knowledge of AI fundamentals including knowledge representation, automated planning, decision-making under uncertainty, and multi-agent systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLM platforms, RAG pipelines, MCPs, and agent frameworks such as Google ADK.
- Experience with AI coding tools including Devin, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Antigravity.
- Strong experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, data science libraries, and designing scalable APIs for AI services.
- Deep software engineering expertise covering system design, CI/CD, testing strategies, resiliency, security, and operational stability.
- Experience designing API-first, microservices-based, event-driven systems, AI-focused data pipelines, and lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts, influence senior stakeholders, and lead high-impact technical discussions.
- Strong understanding of banking and regulated financial environments.
- Progressive software engineering experience with sustained hands-on contributions and advanced Python expertise.
- Dedicated experience with AI, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures, including successful delivery of multiple enterprise-scale AI solutions into production.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Advanced data science expertise, statistical modeling, experimentation, and experience mentoring and scaling AI-first engineering talent are preferred.
