Base Salary

$107k - $161k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Implement backend applications using Java technologies and integrate them with frontend systems.
  • Participate in application analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational support.
  • Analyze complex application and business-process issues and recommend programming solutions.
  • Develop post-implementation security measures and evaluate system functionality.
  • Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and assist with application installations and customer-facing systems.
  • Define operating standards and procedures and ensure required processes are followed.
  • Advise senior stakeholders and coach new or lower-level analysts.
  • Assess risks and comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and control requirements.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with systems analysis and software application programming.
  • Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Working knowledge of consulting and project-management techniques and methods.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes.
  • Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, frontend technologies, databases, cloud, DevOps, messaging, and development tools listed in the technical skills.
