Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, test, and optimize native Android applications.
- Analyze customer and business requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Contribute to user interface, user experience, software architecture, and technical roadmap decisions.
- Implement unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
- Profile, troubleshoot, and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Create technical documentation and developer tools.
- Identify technical risks, propose solutions, and support implementation planning.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of software development processes.
- Share technical knowledge, mentor team members, and provide technical leadership.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives and intellectual property development.
Requirements
- Experience developing native Android applications using Kotlin.
- Strong understanding of Kotlin Coroutines and Android Jetpack Compose.
- Experience with Android SDKs and modern Android development frameworks.
- Knowledge of Clean Architecture, modular design, MVVM, and MVI.
- Experience with dependency injection frameworks such as Dagger or Hilt.
- Knowledge of software testing practices and frameworks such as JUnit and MockK.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git and GitFlow.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and Material Design guidelines.
- Awareness of mobile application security best practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and Polish.
- Preferred: experience contributing to software architecture decisions and technical roadmaps.
- Preferred: experience with industrial, engineering, or mission-critical software products.
- Preferred: knowledge of performance optimization and application profiling.
- Preferred: experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership.
- Preferred: ability to evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Preferred: experience working in globally distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
