Responsibilities
- Identify friction points and optimization opportunities across key user journeys.
- Develop and implement A/B and multivariate tests.
- Define hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement frameworks with analytics partners.
- Validate experiment results and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Evaluate and improve end-to-end page journeys, conversion paths, and engagement touchpoints.
- Build and modify front-end components in Next.js and React.
- Create, configure, update, stage, and publish pages using the Sitecore platform.
- Support large migration efforts, coordinated site updates, and content authoring.
- Document experiments, results, and learnings and report performance metrics and business impact.
- Help establish an experimentation and optimization roadmap.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 or more years of web development experience.
- Experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and experimentation platforms.
- Strong analytical ability and experience interpreting performance data.
- Understanding of user experience principles and digital best practices.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
- Strong communication skills.
