Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows using Power Automate Desktop.
- Build attended and unattended automation for desktop, web, legacy, and enterprise applications.
- Integrate Power Automate Desktop flows with Power Automate Cloud flows.
- Use UI automation, image recognition, and OCR for complex application interactions.
- Automate tasks involving Excel, Outlook, SAP, browser-based applications, and other enterprise systems.
- Configure triggers, schedules, error handling, exception logic, gateways, and machine groups.
- Monitor flow performance, troubleshoot failures, and optimize existing automations.
- Document workflows, technical designs, and support and maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and end users to meet automation requirements.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for deployed bots.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience automating desktop and web-based applications with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
- Strong technical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience integrating Power Platform tools and delivering scalable automation solutions.
- Knowledge of Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, ALM, and CI/CD is listed among the core skills.
- PL-500 certification is preferred.
