Responsibilities
- Build gameplay features and systems for TFT game modes and cosmetics.
- Develop around-game UI features in collaboration with Visual Designers and User Experience creatives.
- Drive product, technical, and architectural discussions to ensure alignment with product vision.
- Improve developer efficiency by enhancing tools and workflows.
- Align with stakeholders across multiple teams to deliver features.
- Mentor engineers, tech artists, and tech designers.
- Participate in and improve the team's support rotation.
- Conduct technical discovery and prototyping to reduce ambiguity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with large code bases.
- 4+ years of experience with Unreal Engine and game engine tools.
- Expertise in C++ and Gameplay Engineering.
- Strong communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Experience mentoring others in both soft and hard skills.
- Product sense and player empathy in tech decision-making.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent understanding of fundamentals.
