Base Salary
$209k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in securing networks, systems, applications, and databases.
- Participate in the Security Engineering on-call rotation and respond to security incidents.
- Embed security into build pipelines through automated SAST/DAST testing and policy enforcement.
- Oversee vulnerability management and remediation efforts.
- Educate engineers and promote a security-oriented culture across the engineering organization.
Requirements
- Require 3–5 years of Security Engineering experience, ideally including at least two years in a B2B organization.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in cloud security, including technologies such as AWS IAM, Crowdstrike, and Wiz.
- Have experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably in a platform engineering context.
- Have an Application Security background and experience securing RESTful APIs.
- Be familiar with modern IAM solutions.
- Experience with Python, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, Wiz, Exaforce, and Crowdstrike is relevant to the role.
