Base Salary
$96k - $134k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, resilient software and generative AI solutions.
- Build agentic flows, AI applications, prompt-engineering workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation solutions.
- Contribute to generative AI model adoption, cloud deployment, inference optimization, and AI/MLOps lifecycle practices.
- Apply software architecture patterns involving microservices, APIs, Spring technologies, RESTful services, and scalable inference.
- Use testing, debugging, code review, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and post-production support practices.
- Work with event streaming, messaging, containerization, and data pipelines supporting generative AI training, fine-tuning, and inference.
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams and participate in design sessions, peer reviews, mentorship, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or MIS, with AI, machine learning, or data science specialization or coursework, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Ability to pass technical interviews, including basic algorithmic programming exercises.
- Demonstrated proficiency in generative AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face, along with model development, prompt engineering, and AI architecture.
- Strong experience building agentic flows and agents on Citi's proprietary ARC platform is highly valued.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, project management, leadership potential, and attention to detail.
- Prior experience working on agile teams is highly desirable.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
