Base Salary
$130k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support, run, and iterate existing AI applications.
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI applications across multiple business use cases.
- Trial and test AI solutions with end users to optimize their performance.
- Research and analyze datasets using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Track and understand developments in the AI landscape.
- Collaborate with the existing AI team and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Experience building solutions with large language models and understanding the broader generative AI landscape.
- Experience designing datasets, conducting model evaluations, and fine-tuning foundation models.
- Strong Python development skills and experience writing production-quality code.
- Experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals.
- An undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics or Computer Science, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, strategic-thinking, ownership, and collaboration skills.
- Previous professional-services experience is advantageous.
- Experience developing cloud applications on Microsoft Azure is advantageous.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Git is desirable.
- Knowledge of secure software development practices is advantageous.
