Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance Java applications.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and guide distributed or global teams in implementing robust solutions.
- Implement solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Ensure software architecture, code quality, security, engineering standards, and technical governance best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into efficient technical solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting, performance optimization, and incident-resolution support.
- Mentor team members and promote technical growth, autonomy, and collaboration.
- Support delivery in highly critical environments while ensuring quality, resilience, and deadlines.
- Contribute to the evolution of enterprise architectures in the financial-services sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1/C2 level for communication in an international environment.
- Solid experience as a Java Tech Lead or Senior Java Developer in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience developing scalable, resilient, and high-performance Java applications.
- Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Practical experience with cloud environments, especially AWS.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and enterprise architecture.
- Experience leading distributed or global technical teams.
- Ability to work in dynamic, complex, high-pressure environments with resilience and sound decision-making.
- Experience in financial services, especially Wealth & Asset Management, is a differentiator.
- Familiarity with GenAI and prompt engineering is a differentiator.
- Certifications in Java, AWS, Spring Framework, or microservices architecture are advantageous.
