Responsibilities
- Act as a technical reference in the conception, architecture, and development of scalable and secure software solutions.
- Lead technical integration initiatives between internal systems, partners, and market platforms.
- Define architecture, development, and software engineering best-practice standards.
- Develop and evolve solutions for the financial ecosystem, cryptoassets, and blockchain.
- Lead integrations with service providers, accounting platforms, and financial-market systems.
- Support technology modernization using cloud-native architectures on AWS.
- Mentor developers and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Solid software development experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core.
- Experience designing and implementing distributed architectures and microservices.
- Advanced knowledge of software architecture patterns, design patterns, and development best practices.
- Experience with AWS cloud services and designing scalable, secure, and resilient solutions.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating systems.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and observability practices.
- Knowledge of information-security principles applied to software development.
- Ability to act as a technical reference and mentor for developers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge or experience with cryptoassets, blockchain, digital assets, and tokenization is desirable.
- Experience building solutions for financial markets, fintechs, or regulated institutions is desirable.
- Knowledge of Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or similar blockchain protocols is desirable.
- Experience with digital-asset custody, trading, settlement, or reconciliation solutions is desirable.
- Experience integrating with financial-market providers, especially Sinacor, is desirable.
- Knowledge of accounting processes and integrations is desirable.
- Experience with event-driven architectures is desirable.
- AWS or software-architecture certifications are desirable.
- Knowledge of regulations applicable to financial markets and digital assets is desirable.
