Responsibilities

Design, configure, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters on Azure for high availability, scalability, and efficiency.
Contribute to the development and optimization of the CloudOps platform and software-defined operations infrastructure.
Establish a strategic roadmap to accelerate software delivery and improve operational performance.
Promote Kubernetes and cloud-native best practices to simplify architecture and operations.
Profile Kubernetes code and workflows to reduce resource consumption and improve performance.
Implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD, multi-cloud or hybrid environments with Crossplane, and multi-cluster deployments with Karmada.
Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize Linux server environments.
Build proof-of-concept Kubernetes solutions on Azure and support database, DNS, CDN, and cloud-service integrations.

More than 6 years of hands-on DevOps experience, excluding academic projects, or more than 10 years of system administration experience.
A university degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Strong practical experience configuring, managing, and deploying Kubernetes clusters on Azure.
Strong knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift OCP or OPP, or prior hands-on OpenShift experience.
Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
Expertise with ArgoCD, Crossplane, and Karmada.
Proficiency in Linux server administration and troubleshooting.
Database experience with SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL in relation to Kubernetes deployments.
Experience with AWS Lambda, Makefile or Taskfile, DNS hosting and management, and CDN services such as Cloudflare or CloudFront.
Professional proficiency in English and strong collaboration, communication, analytical, problem-solving, adaptability, and prioritization skills.
