Responsibilities
- Interface with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and processes.
- Monitor system performance and conduct capacity planning using metrics.
- Expand existing applications to support new launches.
- Investigate customer issues, identify root causes, and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Create processes and systems that improve operational efficiency and quality.
- Automate, deploy, support, and maintain highly available infrastructure and mission-critical services.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of systems development experience.
- Experience automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure.
- Experience programming in at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
- Experience with Linux/Unix.
- Preferred: experience with CI/CD pipeline build processes.
- Preferred: currently holding or pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: proficiency in Python scripting.
