Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and further develop identity and access solutions.
- Configure and automate Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and hybrid identity environments.
- Work with policy management, directory structures, access models, and identity lifecycles.
- Design and modernize PKI and certificate services, including migration of identity and directory environments.
- Implement SSO, federation, MFA, Conditional Access, and RBAC solutions.
- Automate identity processes using scripting, APIs, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Troubleshoot issues across identity, PKI, security, and integrations.
- Combine architecture and technical design with hands-on implementation and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Relevant practical experience in identity engineering, IAM, Microsoft environments, security, architecture, or related areas.
- Experience with identity platforms such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Keycloak, or equivalent.
- Experience with IAM, IGA, PAM, access management, and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience with SSO, MFA, federation, Conditional Access, RBAC, and authentication or authorization protocols.
- Knowledge of OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, or Kerberos.
- Experience with PKI, certificate services, and preferably Active Directory Certificate Services.
- Experience with PowerShell, APIs, Infrastructure as Code, technical design, and practical troubleshooting.
- Norwegian citizenship is required to be eligible for the necessary security clearance.
- Knowledge of key management and HSM is preferred.
- Candidates should have strong technical understanding of identity and access management and willingness to develop further.
