Responsibilities
- Provide presales solution architecture services across strategically important clients and client groups.
- Lead the development of complex, tailored solutions aligned with client needs and company offerings.
- Develop and deliver high-level presentations and demonstrations to senior managers and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and engineering teams to align solutions with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Oversee and contribute to technical responses for RFPs and RFIs.
- Evaluate risks and ensure solutions comply with operational standards, security protocols, and applicable regulations.
- Foster long-term client relationships through trusted technical and operational advice.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience providing presales solution architecture services for significant or strategic clients.
- Ability to develop complex tailored solutions and communicate their value to senior decision-makers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product development, and engineering teams.
