Responsibilities
- Partner with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures.
- Engage strategic customers and leadership stakeholders to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into solutions.
- Support customers from proof of concept through production deployment through configuration, planning, education, and training.
- Implement solutions through code development and scripting when needed.
- Create technical assets including white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
- Provide technical guidance to customers and sales, identify product gaps, influence engineering roadmaps, and mentor others.
Requirements
- Demonstrated advanced technical and business expertise in cloud solutions and the relevant area of specialization.
- Ability to work directly with customers and sales teams on discovery, architecture, demonstrations, implementation, and deployment.
- Ability to develop code and scripts for solution implementation when needed.
- Ability to communicate with senior leadership, including C-level stakeholders, and create customer-facing technical content.
- Commitment to maintaining expertise in emerging technologies.
