Base Salary
$95k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, evaluate solution options, and implement designs.
- Build, enhance, maintain, and support cloud-native business applications for Client Management and related teams.
- Develop full-stack functionality using server-side Python/.NET APIs and React or similar UI frameworks.
- Automate software development, testing, and deployment processes using modern engineering practices.
- Design and support AI-enabled capabilities, including LLM API integrations, retrieval-augmented generation, and model context protocol-based workflows.
- Create technical documentation and provide business-hours production support and escalation resolution.
- Participate as an engaged member of an agile development team and contribute to continuous delivery, test automation, and containerization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience using C# and/or Python.
- Experience with React or a similar modern UI framework and server-side Python/.NET APIs.
- Basic understanding of modern application architecture and software design principles.
- Exposure to cloud or platform services including object storage, serverless compute, managed databases, virtual machines, and container orchestration.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience using Git or similar source code management tools and CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps, GitLab, or GitHub.
- Exposure to unit testing and software testing practices; familiarity with mocking/isolation frameworks or behavior/domain-driven development is a plus.
- Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, MCP-based integrations, and AI API-driven application development is a plus.
- Experience working in the financial domain is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, collaborative, and delivery skills.
