Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements with senior team members and users and translate them into customized Pega solutions.
- Develop, implement, customize, and configure Pega applications.
- Integrate Pega applications with other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Follow coding standards and development best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of application development or web application development experience.
- Proven development experience and willingness to upskill in Pega.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Active Top Secret clearance and eligibility for access to classified information.
