Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery, architecture, and implementation for VPC and on-premises deployments.
- Build integrations with S3, Snowflake, Kafka, Databricks, and internal tools.
- Own performance, reliability, and security for single-tenant environments.
- Set up monitoring, alerting, and runbooks.
- Write documentation and train customer teams.
- Track usage, SLAs, and accuracy, and drive customer expansion.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software, solutions, or platform engineering.
- Strong Python, APIs, SQL, and AWS skills.
- Experience with containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability.
- Familiarity with networks, IAM, SSO, and enterprise security reviews.
- Clear communication skills and willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience with regulated-environment deployments and data pipelines is preferred.
- Prior startup or founding experience is a plus.
