Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical keystone throughout the sales cycle.
- Educate and empower enterprise customers on the Cloudflare platform.
- Train and onboard new customers via video-conference or in person.
- Develop new firewall rules and performance strategies for customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create scalable solutions for customer needs.
Requirements
- Strong technical background with a passion for technology.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Experience in project management and prioritizing competing demands.
- Understanding of internet fundamentals, including TCP/UDP and DNS.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
