Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Lead and mentor team members, including supporting junior professionals and facilitating knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align development with business needs.
- Evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Independently perform as a subject matter expert and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable custom software solutions.
- Ability to ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to standards.
- Skills in performance optimization and troubleshooting within complex software environments.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education.
