Responsibilities
- Investigate autonomous-driving behavior issues using logs and determine root causes.
- Analyze large amounts of data to identify trends in driving behavior.
- Research, design, and implement new perception and driving behavior capabilities in multi-vehicle depots.
- Improve evaluation capabilities for understanding on-road performance.
- Help solve challenging long-tail autonomous-driving situations.
- Collaborate within and across engineering teams.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in computer science, machine learning, robotics, or a similar technical field.
- General software engineering experience programming in C++ with robust and efficient code.
- Ability to collaborate within and across teams.
- Preferred: autonomous vehicle or robotics experience.
- Preferred: experience with graph search, optimization, or path planning algorithms.
- Preferred: proficiency in Python and SQL.
