Base Salary
$57k - $113k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support and manage internet proxy and internet filtering duties.
- Provide user support and maintain and update system configurations.
- Review system additions and enhancements and make recommendations to management and business partners.
- Integrate existing automation, application, and monitoring systems.
- Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Operations Center on potential security automation use cases.
- Plan and implement new features and tools as needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with internet proxy or internet filtering tools.
- 1 to 3 or more years of experience in data reporting or analytics.
- Associate degree or 4 additional years of equivalent experience.
- Preferred knowledge of remote browser isolation and/or enterprise browsers.
- Preferred knowledge of network communications and protocols.
- Preferred knowledge of SIEM and/or orchestration and automation tool sets.
- Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience building effective working relationships with cross-functional partners.
