Responsibilities
- Build autonomous and semi-autonomous LLM red team agents for reconnaissance, exploitation, and evidence capture.
- Extend multi-agent orchestration, specialist subagents, verification stages, and callback infrastructure across agent runtimes and model providers.
- Encode web, cloud, Kubernetes, and systems exploitation tradecraft into prompts, tools, and playbooks.
- Build exploit-confirmation and verification harnesses that reduce false positives.
- Engineer safety controls including sandboxing, scope enforcement, tool allowlists and blocklists, credential isolation, and prompt-injection defenses.
- Evaluate and benchmark frontier models for offensive security tasks and convert human red-team engagements into reusable agent capabilities.
- Mentor engineers and help set the technical bar for agentic offensive tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 12 years of security engineering experience, including at least four years in penetration testing, red teaming, exploit development, or vulnerability research.
- Deep hands-on exploitation expertise in web applications, cloud/Kubernetes, or systems/binary security, including the ability to build and prove exploit chains.
- Strong production software engineering ability in Python.
- Practical experience building with LLMs, agent frameworks, tool use or function calling, multi-agent orchestration, or coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex CLI.
- Sound judgment regarding authorization, scope, and blast radius for autonomous offensive tooling.
- Preferred qualifications include published security research, CVEs, conference talks, notable CTF results, OSWE/OSEP/OSCP/GXPN certifications, SAST/DAST internals, fuzzing, program analysis, AI red teaming, AI-security research, Kubernetes/OpenShift, GitOps, or large-scale worker fleet operations.
