Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of significant platform initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and serve as the primary technical contact for internal customers.
- Drive the migration from Jenkins to GitHub Actions across thousands of builds.
- Enhance developer onboarding and self-service capabilities.
- Integrate security scanning and compliance automation into the build pipeline.
- Develop observability metrics and platform health dashboards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software development and platform engineering.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools, particularly Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with security and compliance integration in software development.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with debugging complex systems.
