Responsibilities
- Map end-to-end customer journeys across sales, support, and operations.
- Identify high-impact automation opportunities.
- Design agent-driven workflows across systems and teams.
- Design agentic AI systems including orchestration, APIs, and integrations.
- Translate solutions into measurable outcomes such as cost reduction and conversion uplift.
- Lead proof-of-concept engagements with clear success metrics.
- Engage both business and technical stakeholders.
- Build repeatable solution frameworks across industries.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML, SaaS, or workflow automation.
- Experience working with enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and business processes.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems.
- Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
