Sr Integration Engineer (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend integrations using AWS services.
- Develop API-based automations and orchestrate data flows between various SaaS platforms.
- Refactor and enhance legacy integration logic to meet modern architecture standards.
- Own code from design through CI/CD and deployment using Terraform/CloudFormation.
- Collaborate with engineers on shared initiatives, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Participate in production support rotation to resolve critical integration issues.
- Partner with architects to review integration design and testing strategies.
- Support ETL-style batch pipelines and real-time event streaming.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development or automation.
- Strong experience with AWS services, especially Lambda and S3.
- Expertise in database design and query optimization.
- Strong grasp of integration design patterns and secure API development.
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipeline implementations.
- Experience managing infrastructure as code with Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Demonstrated experience building integrations with Salesforce and other platforms.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a distributed team.
- Confidence in navigating production environments and resolving critical issues.
- Experience delivering integrations across various business functions.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and new technologies.
- Comfortable operating in an Agile environment.
