Responsibilities
- Design and evolve scalable architectures across Privacy, Consent & Preferences, Risk & Governance, AI Governance, and Compliance solutions
- Lead architecture workshops, solution reviews, integration assessments, and technical discovery sessions with strategic customers
- Translate customer requirements into scalable solution designs, reference architectures, product capabilities, and roadmap investments
- Define integration patterns, API strategies, data models, identity architectures, event-driven workflows, and governance controls
- Partner with engineering teams on AI-driven approaches that improve implementation, architecture decisions, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency
- Drive architecture governance, design reviews, technical standards, and reusable implementation patterns
- Mentor engineers and architects while promoting architectural consistency across Customer Engineering and Product Engineering teams
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale SaaS platforms and cloud-native architectures
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration frameworks
- Direct experience working with enterprise customers on solution architecture, requirements analysis, and technical strategy
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, container technologies, Kubernetes, messaging systems, and modern application architectures
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise systems
- Ability to influence product direction through architecture leadership and customer insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with executives, customers, and technical teams
- Preferred experience in Privacy, Consent, Risk, Governance, Security, Compliance, Data Management, or AI Governance domains
- Experience mentoring engineers and establishing architecture standards across multiple teams
