Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver secure, scalable production software solutions.
- Build web applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Lead unit, component, integration, and end-to-end testing using tools such as Jest, Playwright, React Testing Library, and Selenium.
- Drive responsible adoption and validation of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Build and support AI-powered applications involving multi-agent orchestration, streaming architectures, security guardrails, RAG patterns, and observability.
- Review and debug code, establish engineering standards, automate recurring remediation, and improve operational stability.
- Lead, mentor, and guide developers through code reviews, technical direction, and engineering excellence practices.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with at least five years of applied experience.
- At least eight years delivering technology solutions involving web development, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Jenkins or a comparable CI/CD tool.
- Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, including single-page application development and performance optimization.
- Recent production experience building AI-powered applications and knowledge of multi-agent orchestration, streaming, security guardrails, RAG, LLM observability, and resilience.
- Experience with software design patterns, object-oriented and functional programming, RESTful API design, and secure coding practices including input validation, authentication, and OWASP guidelines.
- Experience with unit, component, integration, and end-to-end testing using relevant testing libraries.
- Preferred experience includes OpenAI Agents SDK, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, Kubernetes, Docker, Heroku, GCP/EKS, AWS services, GraphQL, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, and Split.io.
- Ability to coach engineers on safe, compliant AI adoption and validate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
