Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship AI-powered cybersecurity capabilities for threat detection, anomaly identification, identity and access risk analysis, security operations automation, incident response orchestration, and cyber threat intelligence.
- Architect multi-agent and agentic AI frameworks using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Build scalable cloud-native AI security platforms on Google Cloud using Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and GKE.
- Integrate AI capabilities with IAM, PAM, secrets management, SIEM, SOAR, GRC, and security telemetry platforms.
- Set engineering standards for model training pipelines, automated deployment, monitoring, evaluation, drift detection, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD for machine learning workloads.
- Apply security, privacy, compliance, responsible AI, Zero Trust, and Secure-by-Design practices, including defenses against prompt injection, adversarial machine learning, data poisoning, model manipulation, and unauthorized access.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to shape architecture, technical direction, and enterprise adoption of AI engineering practices.
- Mentor engineers or lead cross-functional technical initiatives at scale.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-scale applications and platforms with Python and modern software development practices.
- 10+ years of experience designing and operating cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform or a comparable major cloud provider.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating generative AI and agentic AI systems, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains including threat detection, identity and access management, SIEM/SOAR, and security operations.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
- Ability to influence technical direction and enterprise adoption across cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent professional/military experience.
- Financial services or highly regulated industry experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with CrowdStrike, Splunk, or comparable SIEM/SOAR and GRC tooling is preferred.
- Experience applying Zero Trust and Secure-by-Design principles to AI/ML platform architecture is preferred.
- Google Cloud Professional certifications, CISSP, or AI/ML-specific credentials are preferred.
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading cross-functional technical initiatives at scale is preferred.

- On-site work Monday through Friday at the Alpharetta, Georgia cybersecurity tech hub or the Columbus, Ohio or Berkeley Heights, New Jersey offices.
- Approximately 10% travel is expected.
- Eligible associates may receive an annual incentive opportunity delivered as cash bonus and/or equity awards.
- Salary ranges may differ by state; the stated range applies to employees in New Jersey and New York.
