Responsibilities
- Participate in the full product development lifecycle, including analysis, architecture, design, coding, integration, and system testing.
- Provide sustaining support, feature enhancements, and performance optimizations for the product.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Technical Architects, and Software Development Managers to track requirements through delivery.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and execution of development work items.
- Communicate progress and obstacles, seek assistance when needed, and mentor and support teammates.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience developing robust web applications.
- Strong Java coding skills and excellent knowledge of the Spring Framework, including Spring MVC and Hibernate/JPA.
- Hands-on experience with Angular, Bootstrap, and Sass.
- Proven experience with microservice development and understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies; MongoDB knowledge is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, such as BE/B.Tech or MCA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, and learning skills.
