Responsibilities
- Develop embedded systems, products, and services for Land & Airborne Systems.
- Collaborate on a cross-functional engineering team.
- Apply software engineering processes, concepts, principles, and theories to solve challenging problems.
- Provide technical leadership and contribute to team success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related STEM field plus two years of relevant experience, or a master's degree plus six months of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in C and C++.
- Knowledge of Python.
- Experience with embedded software development, Linux, RTOS, and hardware/software integration.
- Familiarity with DO-178-compliant software engineering lifecycles or experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at the time of hire.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Strong software engineering understanding, creative problem-solving ability, collaboration skills, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
