Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Design and implement AI-driven software solutions for complex business challenges.
- Integrate AI models with existing systems and workflows and optimize their performance within applications.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, manage and mentor team members, and make team decisions.
- Coordinate project activities, support timely delivery, and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate and improve development processes to increase productivity and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI and experience designing and implementing AI-driven software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and application design best practices.
- Ability to integrate AI models with existing systems and workflows.
- Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks used in AI application development.
- Ability to analyze and optimize AI model performance within software applications.
- 15 years of full-time education.
