Base Salary
$148k - $264k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver AI-powered agents integrated with HR and Financial workflows.
- Develop and operate software across multiple functional areas from development through production.
- Collaborate with product leaders, machine learning engineers, and full-stack engineers on production-grade AI solutions.
- Contribute to tooling strategies, platform architecture, and scalable AI capabilities.
- Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and support a team-oriented engineering culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of experience with a web development framework, with Python and Flask, Django, or FastAPI preferred.
- 2+ years of experience with React and TypeScript for frontend or full-stack development.
- 2+ years of experience with a relational database, with PostgreSQL preferred.
- Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with modern distributed-systems architecture and tradeoffs.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch and software development practices including automated testing and observability.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical partners, work through ambiguity, and contribute to inclusive, cross-functional teams.
