Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems.
- Build greenfield systems and improve existing products.
- Develop APIs and microservices supporting card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
- Collaborate with the team to create products that improve financial inclusion and cross-border money movement.
Requirements
- Demonstrable backend development experience and fluency in Java.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or another science discipline.
- A track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly with an ambitious and results-driven approach.
