Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain user-facing tools for deploying and configuring Grafana Alloy and related components.
- Own and evolve the Helm chart ecosystem used across thousands of clusters.
- Build and maintain cross-platform tooling for Kubernetes, Linux, Windows, and macOS.
- Support infrastructure-as-code integrations using tools like ArgoCD and Terraform.
- Collaborate with support and product teams to address customer pain points.
- Communicate progress transparently and contribute to code reviews.
- Contribute to open source projects and represent Grafana Labs at events.
Requirements
- 4 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in Go.
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience, including deploying and debugging workloads.
- Experience building or maintaining user-facing tooling with a focus on API/UX design.
- Comfortable writing and maintaining automated tests at multiple levels.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work asynchronously across time zones.
